They don't need replacing — they need a place to work together, with you in the middle. UnionTerminal is that place: every session in one window, every blocked agent obvious at a glance, your flow intact instead of buried under twenty tabs.

It's a workbench, not an oracle. Your shells, your models, your keys, your project configs — all stay exactly where they are. UnionTerminal just gives the human a cockpit.

• See every agent at once. Tile your sessions in a grid; status dots show which one is working, which is waiting on you, and which is idle — no tab-hunting for the blocked prompt.
• Stay in flow. Preview files beside the terminal, annotate a screenshot and drop it straight into the agent waiting for it, queue a message for later. Fewer context switches, more momentum.
• Keep control. Float any session into its own window, color-code your groups, and pick up exactly where you left off after a quit or update.

How we stay honest.

• Local-first by default. No commands, paths, clipboard, or output ever leave your machine.
• No account, no lock-in. Download and go. Nothing to sign up for, nothing to cancel.
• Anonymous by default. We count installs without tracking people; detailed telemetry is strictly opt-in. Read the privacy policy.
• Free, and honest about money. The full app is free. If it earns a place in your day, you can chip in — entirely optional, always.
