By downloading, installing, or using UnionTerminal you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use UnionTerminal on devices you own or control, solely for your own use.
UnionTerminal is currently available at no charge. Pricing may change for future versions. We will provide reasonable notice before any paid feature is introduced. Your continued use of a free version will never be retroactively charged.
You own your data. UnionTerminal does not access, collect, or transmit your terminal output, command history, file contents, or clipboard contents. Everything stays on your machine. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
UnionTerminal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. makes no guarantees about uptime, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UnionTerminal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Use as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use of UnionTerminal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Robot in the Loop Technology Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.
