By downloading, installing, or using UnionTerminal you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not install or use the software.
Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use UnionTerminal on devices you own or control, for any lawful purpose, including personal use, work, and commercial use, by individuals and companies of any size, at no charge.
UnionTerminal is currently available at no charge. Pricing may change for future versions. We will provide reasonable notice before any paid feature is introduced. Your continued use of a free version will never be retroactively charged.
Sponsorship payments are voluntary, non-refundable except as required by law or agreed in writing, and do not give you equity, a licence beyond these Terms, or any goods or services except those stated at checkout. Anything extra we choose to send you is a gift at our discretion unless we stated otherwise at checkout.
You own your data. UnionTerminal does not access, collect, or transmit your terminal output, command history, file contents, or clipboard contents except (a) anonymous usage counts (installs and which features get used), which are on by default and can be turned off in Settings, or the separate opt-in Help shape the product option, or (b) if you voluntarily send in-app feedback. Automatic update checks and website download analytics are described in our Privacy Policy. Workspace data otherwise stays on your machine.
UnionTerminal is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. makes no guarantees about uptime, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or freedom from bugs. Use at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Robot in the Loop Technology Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of UnionTerminal, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms of Use as the product evolves. Material changes will be noted in the app's release notes. Continued use of UnionTerminal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction of Robot in the Loop Technology Inc., without regard to conflict of law principles.
